NCPRC — Natoma Community Policy Review Council
The Natoma Community Policy Review Council is an independent resident-led review body formed to document community experiences, evaluate policy enforcement practices, and ensure transparency and fairness in neighborhood governance.
Our work includes reviewing reports of:
Unclear or inconsistently applied parking policies
Absence of required signage for tow-based enforcement
Lack of posted, published, or accessible parking variance standards.
Improper redirection of resident vehicles to external neighborhoods.
Rapid or unexplained escalation from notice to tow-threat
Perceived punitive enforcement without due process
enforcement practices inherited from the former 55+ framework
collect resident experiences in a structured and confidential format
identify recurring patterns affecting community well-being
produce non-partisan findings for transparency and improvement
support community members seeking clarity on their rights
document discrepancies between policy and procedure when they arise
